Placing 3-pack clips on 0.2 l fruit juice bottles in trays.

The trays run into the machine on a single lane and are separated by a pusher upon entry and pushed into a cycle chain. At the machine stations, the clips are raised from the flat pre-glued blank and pressed under the bottle caps. After a brief check by optical systems, the finished trays are transported out of the machine.
