The aim of this project was to dispense printed blanks, which serve as sun protection, onto beer crates and then press them under the crown caps of the 4 corner bottles. For this purpose, the blanks are shingled from a magazine and dispensed into a placement unit. This places the sunshade on the crate and it is then pressed under the crown caps with a pressure unit.

The target of this project was to empty PET beverage crates. The crates, which are still full, enter our machine via a conveyor belt. There they are stopped and 4 crates are gripped at the same time. They are then turned through 180° and pierced through the holes in the base so that all the bottles fall out. The bottles are transported away and the crates are turned back 180° and placed on another conveyor belt.
