Performance characteristics of the packaging line:

•  the following bottle types can be processed
  - e.g. 0.7 l flail bottle, 1 l bottle, 0.33 l bottles
  - Compartments are erected and placed in the box
  - Insert bottles into the box
  - Different formats possible e.g.
• 3 x 4 and 4 x 6
  - Cartons with and without compartments
  - close carton

Overview of the individual stations:
- Cartons are erected and the bottom is sealed with hot glue
- Transfer via a pneumatic linear axis to the case packer
- Baskets can be used in the intermediate step
- Bottles are fed to the lanes via a bottle table and picked up by a linear unit (portal axis) with vacuum head
- Linear unit places the bottles in the cartons
- Carton transport with side drive cassettes
- Travelling pressure belt for closing the glued carton flaps
