INTERPACK 2017

We would like to inform you that SCHUY will not be able to issue a stand at this year's Interpack 2017 for reasons of schedule and capacity. We are very sorry that we are not able to introduce our filling and packaging technology. As you already know, we were taken over at 1st of March 2017 and are now in a cooperation with Folmeg Engineering + Maschinenbau, also a specialist for the production of packaging machines.

This is why we are currently concentrating on the first steps of a close cooperation of both companies in order to be able to implement your needs and requirements even more precisely in the machines as soon as possible, thereby fulfilling your wishes even better.

We would like to present the first results of this cooperation at the Anuga FoodTec from March 20-23, 2013 in Cologne. The leading international trade fair for the food and beverage industry will be a great platform to present our further developed filling and packaging technology!

Complete overhauling of a Hamba 5008 by

SCHUY

In addition to the new machine business, SCHUY is still the first contact for overhauling used filling and packaging machines, not only for the dairy industry, but also for other branches of the food industry. This time we have received a request from Norway:

A producer of delicatessens from Oslo needs a new filling line for various products in Ø 130 mm cups to expand its capacities. After the fact that the customer currently has an enormous supply pressure with his customers, we have decided with the customer for an overhauling of an existing used Hamba 5008 rotary filler. In addition to the complete overhauling of all pneumatic, electrical and mechanical parts, a new suitable format was made and a new CIP-filling system was designed and integrated at the customer's request. Thanks to the proven SCHUY quality, our customer can now fill his products after only 8 weeks.
