The aim of this project was to dispense printed blanks, which serve as sun protection, onto beer crates and then press them under the crown caps of the 4 corner bottles. For this purpose, the blanks are shingled from a magazine and dispensed into a placement unit. This places the sunshade on the crate and it is then pressed under the crown caps using a pressing unit. Our highly flexible adaptation to customer requirements opens up scope for special machines.
